Peter Fell, Senior Vice President & Director of Investment Due Diligence, Kenmar Olympia Group

Peter Fell has 18 yearsí experience as an investor in alternatives. At Kenmar Olympia Group he is SVP & Director of Investment Due Diligence, and is a member of the investment committee. From 2000 to 2004, he was Founding Partner and Investment Director at Starview Capital. Mr. Fellís alternatives investing experience began at Merrill Lynch Investment Partners where he was Vice President and senior hedge fund analyst from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that time he held senior positions in fixed income derivatives sales and structuring at Deutsche Bank and Manufacturers Hanover Trust. Mr. Fell graduated with an AB and MBA from Columbia University.

Dawn Fitzpatrick, Global Head & CIO, UBS O'Connor

Dawn Fitzpatrick is currently Global Head and Chief Investment Officer of OíConnor, an alternative asset management firm based in New York. As CIO, she oversees all aspects of the firmís portfolio management, capital allocation and risk management as well as communicating with firmís investors. Ms. Fitzpatrick also serves as Head of the Tactical Trading Strategy within OíConnorís flagship fund, the OíConnor Global Multi-Strategy Alpha Fund.

Prior to her current role, she served as head of various teams within OíConnorís numerous investment strategies. OíConnor, which is majority owned by UBS AG, has a 30-year track record of liquid relative value investing within equities, credit, convertibles and derivatives with approximately $5.0 billion in assets under management. The firm has over 150 professionals with offices in New York, Chicago, London, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Ms. Fitzpatrick began her career with OíConnor & Associates in 1992, which was then part of the Swiss Bank Corporation. During her tenure, she has specialized in investing in equities, equity options, index options, convertible arbitrage and merger arbitrage as well as derivatives. Ms. Fitzpatrick holds a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvaniaís Wharton School of Business and is a member of the UBS Global Asset Management Executive Committee.
